We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates on our website.

By continuing to use our website after changes are posted, you accept those changes.

2. Products & Services

All artworks, prints, giftware and other products are subject to availability.

We make every effort to display product colours, details and sizing as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to screen settings, materials, printing processes and the handmade or custom-finished nature of some products.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments, credit card and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock availability issues or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Production, Shipping & Delivery

Many of our artworks and products are made, printed, framed or finished to order. Production and delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the item purchased, destination, courier availability, customs processing or other factors outside our control.

We take great care in preparing and packaging every order. Once dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party couriers, postal services or professional framing partners.

5. Refunds, Returns & Order Issues

If you receive a faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and assist with a suitable resolution.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds, replacements or other remedies will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, artwork, photography, designs, written content and other materials on this website are the property of SEA Gallery Pty Ltd, Stephanie Elizabeth, David Lloyd, or the relevant rights holder.

You may not reproduce, copy, download, distribute, alter, publish, sell or use any of our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEA Gallery Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of our website, products or services.

This does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

8. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by their destination country.

Delivery delays caused by customs processing, international freight networks or local postal services are outside our control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
