We take 50% off your 3rd print. We do this for two reasons, firstly that prints look great in odd numbers together & secondly as a thank you for purchasing mulitple prints.
Please note: this applies to to each set of 3 you purchase.
Shipping
We live in Far North Queensland, where humidity and the elements are a real thing. In order to prevent any potential damage our artworks, we carry minimal printed stock. Therefore, every order is lovingly created to order before it is shipped to you. This ensures you are receiving the highest quality product possible.
Producing giclee prints is an art, we do not rush this process and David tends to produce work in print runs, rather than individually. The below outlines the "typical" production times for the creation of your artwork.
Unframed Artworks: 1 - 3 Business Days
Framed Artworks: 1 - 2 Weeks
Should you require your order urgently and would like it sooner than the above timeframes, please contact us prior to purchasing your artwork to see
Please allow additional time for shipping – this will be dependent upon your location.
Please note: there may be additional delays at busier times of year such as Christmas so please be sure to allow extra time to ensure your purchase arrives with plenty of time.
Once your order has been placed and payment has been received we will process your details and begin production.
We ship all of our unframed artwork via Australia Post every Friday. Framed artwork is sent via courier, which we will either deliver to Cairns ourselves or have picked up from us here in Port Douglas.
Please note: Our gallery is in Far North Queensland, things take a little longer up here.
Freight within Queensland usually takes a week. Orders travelling across borders can take 2-3 weeks (depending on where you are).
International orders can take anywhere between 2 weeks and 2 months.
Please note: We own a gallery, not a freight company. We do everything we can to ensure your artwork is printed to perfection and package safely and secrurly. Rest assured, we have done all that we can to ensure you get your artwork in the safest and most hastily way possible.
Great news! we ship our work worldwide.
However, we typically only ship unframed artwork internationally. If you've fallen in love with how we frame our artwork, by all means reach out to dicuss options. Please bare in mind that you will most likely be paying twice the price you would otherwise for your artwork as framed international shipping isn't cheap.
Please note: duties payable on the import of goods to a country outside of Australia are out of our control and are payable by the customer.
We offer free shipping on unframed orders over $200 Australia wide.
Orders under $200 incur a $20 shipping & handling fee.
Shipping on all framed artwork is included in the price. If you're looking to save on shipping and local pickup, please contact us to ensure you save on your shipping cost.
International shipping rates vary depending on size of tube or artwork. Due to the range of pricing depending on location, these are calculated at checkout.
Unframed prints are sent in Australia Post postage tubes. We use standard tubes for smaller orders and heavy duty tubes for larger orders.
Framed & canvas prints are packed using bubble wrap in the gallery. They are then professionally packaged by our courier using corrugated cardboard.
Once your artwork has been dispatched you will be sent a tracking number so you can monitor delivery.
Please note: it is your responsibility to ensure your purchase can be delivered and signed for at the nominated delivery address.
Failure of delivery unfortunately incurs a redelivery fee which must be passed on.
If a print is damaged in transit, please Contact Us so that we can provide a quick resolution to the resolove the problem.
As we send our artworks using couriers, we will need you to provide a physical address where someone is available to sign for the package. Unfortunately Post Office boxes will not be accepted.
Upon completion of production and dispatch of your order you will be provided with tracking details. Should you not be available to accept delivery of the item you must call the carrier to make alternative arrangements. Should you miss the delivery, notification will be left by the courier company requesting you contact them to either collect the item from their depot or arrange redelivery.
If the item is not collected, any re-sending fees to send it back to the customer once we receive it will need to be charged to the customer as this is out of our control. If the item is lost due to incorrect address, we will endeavour to help track the item, however in some cases service providers may deem the item lost in transit if they are unable to locate it.
Returns
As we custom make each of our orders all purchases are non refundable for change of mind. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item please Contact Us and we will be in touch to discuss a replacement with you.
Materials
At SEA Gallery, every print is produced in-house using wide-format Canon Pro Series printers and archival-standard pigment inks — the same technology trusted by galleries worldwide for its longevity and detail.
For Stephanie Elizabeth’s fine art prints, we use a 315gsm Natural Textured Bright White paper. Its soft, matte finish and subtle texture beautifully mirror the look and feel of her original paintings, capturing every brushstroke and delicate tone with care.
David Lloyd’s photographic prints are created on 285gsm Soft White Cotton Etching Paper, chosen for its exceptional colour accuracy and fine detail — the perfect match for his wildlife and landscape imagery.
Our canvas prints are produced on a 392gsm matte cotton canvas, offering a refined, painterly finish with gentle depth and texture. Each canvas is triple-coated with archival-grade varnish, protecting your artwork while enhancing its vibrancy for years to come.
As fine art prints are delicate by nature, we recommend limiting handling. Please keep unframed prints in their original packaging and take them directly to your framer upon arrival. Every artwork is carefully inspected before dispatch, ensuring it reaches you in pristine condition.
All of our frames are made from Australian Oak. Our framed artworks are sealed on the rear with framing tape and coreflute to ensure that excess moisture cannot enter the artwork.
Our A4, A3 & A2 frames are set behind glass, with a white matte board. A1 frames are also set behind a matte board, however we use perspex instead of glass for this size, as we've found glass sheets this size are damaged too easily.
Sizing
The following sizes are available for most artworks:
PAPER PRINTS
A4 - 21cm x 29.4cm - 0.5cm border
A3 - 29.4cm x 42cm - 0.75cm border
A2 - 42cm x 59.4cm - 1cm border
A1 - 59.4cm x 84.1cm - 2cm border
Please note: The final image size of paper prints includes the border of the image.
CANVAS PRINTS
All of our canvas prints have a 5cm edge for stretching. These will be blank or mirrored, which is at our own best judgement based on the artwork. Our standard cavas sizes are as follows and the appropriate canvas size is already listed alongside the print.
70cm x 100cm
90cm x 90cm
120cm x 90cm
100cm x 140cm
150cm x 75cm
200cm x 95cm
If the size you desire is not available, it is most likely because the image is not large enough to print to that size without a loss in quality to the artwork.
We understand that not all walls suit our sizing. If you have a need for a custom piece or perhaps would like a square canvas rather than a rectangle, please reach out and we can provide a custom quote.
A4 - 31.5cm x 39cm
A3 - 39cm x 51cm
A2 - 50.5cm x 67.5cm
A1 - 66cm x 90cm
Please note: All of our frames are handmade, they can vary slightly from time to time, the above are rough guide.
Stretched canvas prints will be the same size as the print you ordered.
Our shadow box frames add 2cm to each size of the print, so a total of 4cm on top of the print. Eg. A 70cm x 100cm Canvas print stretched & framed in a Shadow Oak frame will be 74cm x 104cm.
Framing and installation
We offer three different framing options for our artwork - Australian Oak Frames, Stretched Canvas & Shadow Box Frames.
Our Australian Oak Frames allow your paper print to sit safe and sound behind glass. Mounted on a bright white matting board and with a stunning oak finish around the border.
Yes, you certainly do.
The only other way to mount a canvas is to frame it behind glass, which defeats the purpose of getting a canvas print.
Yes, you certainly can! If you're unsure as to whether you want a frame around your canvas print, you can order a strectched artwork and have it framed later.
Please note: shadow frames are typically produced by specialty framers. We are lucky enough a number of talented framers here in Far North Queensland, who do an amazing job! Their pricing is competitive and I would highly recommend using them if you do not already have a framer you are comfortable with.
Our shadow box frames are made from Australian Oak and are a fantastic way to show off your large canvas print.
If you aren't used to using power tools, I would highly recommend getting a qualified trades person to hang your artwork for you. It's an investment in the safety and security of your artwork and your walls.
Smaller artworks come with string or wire across the back of them. Larger artworks are hung from D-rings, which will have have their own anchor points installed in your wall. If you're piece has D-rings rather than wire, please use them; The artwork is most likely too heavy to hang from a single point and attaching a wire or rope may jeopardise the artwork or your wall.

Caring for you artwork
Use this section for any descriptive text you need to fill out your pages or to add introductory headings between other blocks.
Your arwork will be carefully rolled in acid free tissue paper with stickers holding it together. We strongly advise that you leave your print in its tube until it is time to frame it. If you aren't sure how to frame the artwork, best you take it to your local framer to ensure its just right for you :)
All of our pieces undergo a thorough quality review prior to dispatch and David Lloyd Photography (SEA Gallery Pty Ltd) will not be held responsible for any damage which is caused following receipt of the item.
Always be extra careful when cleaning your artwork.
If your artwork is dusty simply use a clean microfibre cloth or feather duster to remove dirt particles. If you are looking to remove finger prints or other dirt once again use a clean microfibre cloth.
If you have ordered a canvas print, it will be triple coated in archival standard varnish before it is either shipped or streched. This varnish should last
