Shipping Information
All SEA Gallery artwork is carefully packed and shipped from our studio in Port Douglas, Far North Queensland. Whether it's an original painting, a limited edition print, or a piece of giftware, we take every step to ensure it reaches you safely.
How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order — we don't rush the process, we'd rather get it right. As a general guide, orders are printed, packed, and delivered within 7–10 days.
Framed canvas prints are stretched and framed through our national framing network, so timing can vary a little with your location and the framer's current workload. If you need a piece by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we'll give you a current estimate.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 AUD within Australia. Orders under $200 are charged a flat rate of $20 AUD.
Shipping on all framed artwork is already included in the price, so there are no surprises at checkout. On rare occasions where actual freight costs turn out higher than expected, we'll usually cover the difference ourselves — in cases of a significant gap, we may reach out to arrange payment of the outstanding amount.
International Orders
We ship worldwide — but only unframed, rolled artwork travels internationally. We don't ship framed pieces overseas, as the freight cost makes it impractical. Every original and every print is available unframed if you're ordering from outside Australia.
International shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of your tube at checkout. Import duties and taxes charged by your destination country are outside our control and are the customer's responsibility.
Packaging & Care
Rolled prints are securely packed in strong postal tubes. Framed and canvas prints are carefully wrapped in-house, then professionally packaged by our courier for transit. Giftware is padded and boxed for protection.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
