Shipping & Production Information

Once your order has been placed and payment received, we'll begin preparing your order.

Many of our products are made, printed or finished to order to ensure the highest quality possible. Production times vary depending on the item purchased.

Typical production timeframes are:

• Giftware and in-stock items: usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Unframed fine art prints: usually ready within 1–3 business days.

• Framed paper prints: typically ready within 1–2 weeks.

• Framed canvas prints: generally ready within 2–3 weeks.

If your order contains multiple items, we may hold shipment until all items are ready so they can be delivered together.

Shipping

We dispatch orders as soon as they are ready using a network of trusted couriers and postal services.

Framed artworks are produced through our carefully selected network of professional framers across Australia. Wherever possible, we use a framer local to you to minimise transit times, reduce the distance your artwork travels, and support local businesses.

Please note that our gallery is located in Far North Queensland, so shipping times can occasionally be slightly longer than those experienced in metropolitan areas.

Typical delivery timeframes are:

• Queensland: typically 3–10 business days.

• Interstate Australia: typically 1–3 weeks, depending on destination.

• International: typically 2–6 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.

We do everything possible to ensure your artwork is printed perfectly and packaged securely for safe delivery. Every order is carefully inspected before leaving our studio and professionally packed to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

If you're working to a deadline, purchasing a gift, ordering for an exhibition, or simply need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order. We'll do everything we can to expedite production and delivery where possible, and we'll always be upfront about what timeframes can realistically be achieved.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on all Australian orders over $200.

• Shipping is included in the price of all framed artwork orders within Australia.

• Shipping costs for giftware and orders under $200 are calculated at checkout.

• If you are collecting a locally framed artwork from the gallery, please contact us before ordering and we can remove the shipping cost.

International Shipping

International shipping rates for unframed artwork are based on the size of the print:

• Small: $30 AUD

• Medium: $100 AUD

• Large: $300 AUD

Please note that framed artworks are generally available for delivery within Australia only. If you are located overseas and interested in a framed piece, please contact us to discuss available options.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by their destination country.

While we provide estimated delivery timeframes, customs processing and international freight networks can occasionally result in delays that are outside our control.

If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and artwork so we can assist in resolving the issue.
