Shipping & Production Information

Once your order has been placed and payment received, we’ll process your details and begin production.

All our fine art giclée prints are created to order. Unless your artwork is a commission, we carefully package your print as soon as it’s ready. To ensure every print is perfect, this process takes time:

  • Unframed prints are usually ready within 1–3 business days.

  • We keep Australian Oak frames in stock and typically have your framed artwork ready within 1–2 weeks.

  • Framed canvas prints take a couple of weeks, as they are custom made to order by our trusted partners at Tropical North Framing Gallery in Cairns.

We ship all unframed prints via Australia Post every Friday.

Framed artwork is sent via courier, either delivered personally to Cairns or collected from us here in Port Douglas.

Please note:

Our gallery is located in Far North Queensland, so shipping can take a little longer here than in other regions.

  • Freight within Queensland: usually around 1 week.

  • Interstate orders: typically 2–3 weeks, depending on destination.

  • International orders: can take anywhere from 2 weeks up to 2 months.

We’re a gallery, not a freight company, but we do everything possible to ensure your artwork is printed perfectly and packaged securely for safe delivery.

Shipping costs

We strive to calculate shipping charges accurately at checkout. However, on rare occasions, there may be slight variances.

  • If shipping costs turn out to be higher than paid, we will usually cover the difference.

  • In cases of significant difference, we reserve the right to contact you to arrange payment of the outstanding amount.
